she told me they were mine and wants a paternity test done because her boyfriend deney'd them and he took the test and they were not his but they used his DNA from 2003...and i havnt talked 2 her since we last had s*x..i dont know what to do and to make the matter even more interesting my girlfriend is preg and due n a week and this will ruin our relationship..what can i do?DO I HAV TO TAKE A PATERNITY TEST? ITS BEEN 14MONTHS? PLEEZE HELP IM SCARRED

yes you will have to get a dna test if she takes you to court and the court orders it.

take the dna test.  they may not be yours.

I doubt seriously they used old dna on the boyfriend but even if they did, your dna doesn't change over time.

also in the future keep it in your pants or suit up before s*x so you don't have any more scares or unpleasant surprises.

if you have the time to have s*x, you have the time to go get a test. get dna tested or paternity tested or whatever it is you need to do. that way you know for absolute sure if they are yours or not. if they ARE yours then you have a responsibility to be involved in there lives. if your going to sleep around with someone, you need to be mature enough to accept any concequences along the way. If they are yours, then guess what daddy, twins it is! and your going to have to accept it and help her with them. if they arent yours, then yay and phew! you can move on knowing you owe her nothing at all, which would be a comforting and freeing feeling.

your current girlfriend needs to be understanding if you had s*x with someone in the past before her and this has happened, why would that make her upset with you or make her leave you? you had a life before her so this is just one of those things and if she loves you, she will embrace the twins with open arms. it will be hard, but if shes real about you, she will darn well do it! but if you cheated on her, then thats different. she has every right to be mad and leave you. and if she does, serves you right! at least youll have more time on your hands to learn how to be a daddy to at least her child. and more time to learn how to be a good partner!

Just get a DNA test and prey they aren't yours plus if it was before your current girl friend she should understand if she loves you she'll stay with you now if it happened while you were with her... well your screwed.

I don't know if they can force you to do it, unless she goes for child support, if she does then you have to do it. Just tell your girlfriend the truth, you had s*x with this girl once and it was way before you were with her, reassure her that you love her very much but that there is a possibility that these kids could be yours. If she loves you enough, she will understand. It is better to know for sure than to be wondering forever if they are yours.

First, clear this up with your girlfriend. Explain the situation. Let her know that you have had no contact with this person. Secondly, submit to a  DNA test. Get this drama over with and out of your life so you can move on with your new family. Lastly, think about how easy your life would be now if you had had protected s*x "lil over a year ago."

Buddy go take a paternity test, chances are they aren't yours, she could just be making a hopeful grab for assistance. If you don't do it voluntarily she can have the courts make you.
