You have up to 72 hours after unprotected s*x to take the plan b pill. I've taken the pill once a long time ago but my cycle didn't get messed up as far as i remember.....her cycle might have been pushed out of wack so either get a pregnancy test or wait for her to start her period

Plan B works up to 48 hours after sexual activity. However it isn't 100% full proof. Take a pregnancy test though.
