I had suspected implantation bleeding 4 days ago. How long should it take for the pregnancy symptoms to show?

My cycle was delayed by 5 days and i started to spot for 4 days. I'm suspecting that this was implantation bleeding.

Pregnancy symptoms can start any time.  Usually they can start as early as the day your period would have been due.  A lot of women will describe PMS type symptoms like their period is about to start.

Other symptoms such as breast tenderness and nausea tend to start closer to 6 weeks when they have higher levels of hcg which is responsible for these symptoms.  That being said, they can still start at any time during the pregnancy or never start at all.
