I had the hugest binge yesterday!!? yikes!?

Snacking:

- 15 big tostitos tortialla chips w/ salsa

- 7 baby carrots w/ lobster dip

- 1 cup of lemonade

- 40 big grapes

- 12 Tyson chicken nuggets

- 12 fun size chocolate bars (snickers, m&ms, kitkats, crunch, almond joys, hersheys)

Dinner:

- 1 glass of Brisk iced tea

- 2 tbsp of cheese mashed potatoese

- 1/2 seafood spring roll

- 1 oily naan bread w/ chicken & potato curry

- 6 slices of duck

- 2 tbsp of mashed yams

- 1 big slice of fruit cake

- 2 big slices of strawberry angel food cake

What do I do?!

  1. Shrug it off, and start today/tomorrow as a new day and carry on as normal - everybody is allowed to binge once in a while, but just balance it out with a bit more exercise.

  5. It won't make you gain weight. It just hindered your weight loss for that day. Just start over and you are fine. Happens to everyone.
