I had the weirdest dream, can you interpret it?

I don't rememeber how it starts, but I was driving my boyfriends truck *(he wasn't in the dream) and I crashed into quite a few buildings, pretty badly. Not trying to hurt his truck, I honestly have no idea why I was doing it in the dream and I went to my ex-best friends house and hid there and found out I was pregnant.

Anyone have any idea what that means?

It may mean you ARE pregnant (have you checked?), or you're might get pregnant soon. The truck part might mean that you have no control in your relationship with your boyfriend. And going to your ex-best friend's house probably means that you still want to be friends with her, and she comforts you in serious situations (like being pregnant.)
