I had this dream about a large black bird hovering over my husband & I.it was just looking at me.wings spread?

the wings were really wide. then i woke. i looked at clock and i had only been asleep about 15 mins. so i have been really freaked out bout it.

Birds indicate vision. They fly overhead and have a much better view than they have from the ground. It is a broad view and they are inhabitants of the heavens and of the earth. they can see both worlds. I think this dream has something to do with you and your ability to see what your husband can not. Spread out wings indicate a protective nature. a nurturing effect, and ability to reach new heights.

First off I want to say that although us dream interpreters do a good enough job it's never always 100% accurate. I'm just going from what I know.

Usually

To see a blackbird in your dream, is a bad omen, bringing about misfortune for you in the coming weeks.  It also signifies your lack of motivation and that you are not utilizing your full potential.  

Now in your case i feel that it's more of perhaps a commnig problem or issue that will test both you adn your husbands stregnth and perhaps it's even a "misfourtune" you already were expecting.

Now about not using yoru full potential it could be, but I'm not feeling that as strongly.

Now if the bird was flying around it's good fourtune but it was hovering so more of a warning I think.

I do believe he was a warning sign to hold on tight a bit of rougher water ahead, we all have "storms" that we go through and the fact that it was hovering over both you and he is a good sign i think as to warn you both to stay tight as a couple and hold on together.
