I had this dream the other night & it scared me to death. interpret it for me please?

Question

All i really remember is that i was somewhere with alot of people, most of my friends and a few people i kinda didn't like to much.

Well, there was this water place moon walk type thing, and my boyfriend was in there with some girl. Turns out he cheated on me and had s*x with her.

Well, i finally got it out of them. But he appolagized and started to cry, cause i was. but we didn't break up.

Well, we were together the rest of the dream untill alot of people came to my houes. Me and him went outside across the street where a house burned down. And i got thrown on the ground & he got shot & so did my dog. I had to carry them both into my house, when i got there everyone was gone & my mom refused to take us to the hospital.

So my boyfriend died in my arms & so did my doggy.

In real life my boyfriend & i have been dating for a year.

This dream realy scared me, please tell me if it means anything

It seems most likely to me that something has happened to you or has happened in your life that will have a dramatic effect on you.  But you just haven't fully experienced the changes to yourself yet that that event will cause.  The dream is probably warning you of what you're going to become.  The other possibility is the same except that the event hasn't happened yet.  But if that's the case then you should be able to notice hints in your life already of what will take place.  At least some day in hindsight you'll realize the hints were there.

What is the change?  You are going to lose your affection towards things and people.  The things you love and value now are going to become meaningless to you.  Your heart will change when your perception changes.  You are going to see the lack of reliability in your current sources of love, and in your dreams.  (I mean dreams as in the things you want in life, not what you have when you sleep).  They will fall through and not meet your needs.  Where you saw love you will see indifference.  Where there was hope there will be none.

Why is this happening?  Probably to connect you even more deeply to love itself.  You'll see eventually.

You can't stop it.  You can prepare though.  To best deal with the change that will happen, develop now a strong sense of forgiveness towards people.  Focus on seeing the good in people.  Also try to have "faith", a belief that life is on your side even when it apparently is not; a belief that there is reason and purpose when you cannot at all see reason or purpose.

maybe you are afraid of losing that which is close to you, and feel that you cannot do anything about it.

1 him having s*x with someone else

2 house burning down (though it was not yours)

3 him getting shot

4 your dog getting shot

5 when they both die because you cannot get them to the hospital

don't worry, it will all be okay. (or that is what i believe, and everything is ok with me and my life)

Just a guess.  I am not a dream interpreter or a psychiatrist so don't take my word for it.  it's just what it sounds like to me.

The dream suggests some insecurities in your current relationship.  There are likely some trust issues.   Going to the burnt house seems to indicate you have let certain issues go and have attempted to forget them.  However, the fact you get thrown down and he gets shot indicates you continue to have some anger that is causing you some emotional pain.   You feel your mom is not supportive in this matter and is not helpful.

I would suggest you and your boyfriend looks at possible issues between you that would fuel such dreams.

Personally, I feel dreams are a link to a parallel universe. It kind of has to do with quantum mechanics. Whatever you dream is happening in a different dimension. I don't think it has a connection with this reality, so I wouldn't worry about it.

You know what? No one can give you precise advice. It could mean nothing. It could be an insecurity thing (about the boyfriend thing). Coz I have had dreams like that, and me and my man have been together for a year and a half. If your relationship is strong then I don't know. But if you are having troubles maybe it means something is dying between you two?
