I had this toy growing up in the late 80's early 90's and I dont remember name!!!?

It was this hand goblin almost like a puppet but you couldnt make there mouth move just there eyes I think.... I had a blue one but if anyone knows a website I can find them at or atlease know the name of them that would be great thanks a bunch!!!!!!!!!
