Interview A was good and Interview B was better. They both said if i'm selected, they'll call back in a few days. Problem is that I want Company B to call first and not A. I don't know which job I'll get also. Can I run both company A into my voicemail so to wait for B to call?

  1. Like everyone says: " Grab your first offer". It is often the case that the job offer that we prefer always takes much longer to give you an answer.

  2. It is my experience that the first job to make an offer is the one to take. Send both interviwers thank you cards. Drop them off if you have to and leave them with the receptionist.

Do not think that you are the only candidate that they are meeting, They are interviewing and every passing day there are more people to compete with. The card will help, keep you in their mind.

After all if you walked on water they would have called you by now, so keep your resume going out. It is a numbers game. But what do i know, I have only been in this business for 30 years.

  3. i went for two job interviews last week and same thing, I wanted one over the other. Usually when they call you up, they will ask you if you are still interested in the position. You can say that you are and be honest with them, that you have been offered another position and need to weigh up the pro's and con's of each job before you can make a final decision on which one you will like to take. if you are honest with them, in some ways it will make them think (jeez this guy is really great, I hope he calls us back if he s getting offers back and forth) That is what I would do. Anyway best of luck to both of us. I found out I was un succesful with one, and I am yet to receive a call for another job!

  5. answer your phone hear the offer then tell them you are considering multiple offers and can give them a firm answer in a weeks time if they won't wait thats not the job for you.
