  1. No.  You don't need anything else as long as you are entering St John directly from St Thomas or any other US territory (in other words, if you're stopping in the British Virgin Islands and then going on to St John, it could be a problem).

A US visa is good for ALL US-held territory.  All you need is your passport and visa and you can travel to any place on earth that is held by the US.  In some rare cases (such as with Guam), people may have to change planes en-route in a foreign country.  In such an instance, you would have to comply with the visa requirements of that 3rd country.  Make sense?

  2. If you have a US Visa you're free to travel anywhere within the US.  That includes the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and any other US territory.  The visa you have should be appropriate.

  3. Once you have a us visa, you're free to go

  4. Best to phone US immigration for this kind of question.....you might have to make several calls in order to find the right person to ask, but it would be worth it!!   That said,  i would say no you don't need another visa: the US Virgin Islands are an official "US territory", therefore part of the USA.
