I had very bad car accident 2 months ago,and someone got killed am i responcible for that?what should i do?

i have a crime case related with this murder,if you understand it just happened, it wasn't in my handor intently i wanted to kill someone...i had a prison for 2 months and now my case is continue in the court..i dont know what should i do?what kind of lawyer helps in this kind of matter?

going of your english your not in the uk/usa..different laws apply to different contrys...if you believe you were in the right,and the death was not your fault then fight all the way...thats about the only help i can advise
