I know you are from Trinidad.  But have you thought about Tobago.  There are probably a lot of nice outdoor options there too.

ok, if your planning an outdoor wedding, remember - stick to March to June, otherwise its going ot be very soggy. but you can try Asa Wright doh, that should be nice for a wedding.

yeah, Mandy is correct, i attended a Wedding at the Golf course and it was beautiful.  i completely forgot that one.

the golf course....

expensive and you have to book way in advance....

but it's really pretty given the right weather
