He really is the epitome of radically ridiculous. I have yet to find ANYTHING I can agree with him on.

  1. just because you don't agree with someone doesn't make their ideas the "epitome of radically ridiculous"

don't hate him, don't particularly like him...no feelings. i'm pretty neutral.

  2. Yes. & you'd think with all his success he'd lose some weight.

  3. No one cares what you think.

  4. No I do not hate him for exposing this most corrupt administration in history.

  5. You know, he is an entertainer who makes films that raise important and interesting issues and look at them from another perspective.  Sometimes I am totally on his side, sometimes I think he is an idiot, and sometimes I am somewhere in the middle.  And I appreciate all of his work.

Having watched so many of his films I am dumbfounded that you cannot agree with him on any of the issues he had raised.

Proudame, that love it or leave it c**p was c**p in the sixties and still is, if you are unhappy with the USA you are duty bound as a citizen to try and fix it.

  6. One thing is for sure, he hates America.  These are his own words: - On his book tour to promote, “Dude Where’s My Country,” Moore stopped off in Cambridge, England, where he lamented before a large audience that, ‘You’re stuck with being connected to this country of mine, which is known for bringing sadness and misery to places around the globe.” (Newsmax.com, June 6, 2004)  If he hates the US so much, please tell me why he does not get out of our country?  We really don't want him here!

  7. I'm OK with his stuff but he has a charisma of a dead rat.

  8. No, he's like the only good american on earth

  9. i wouldn't say hate, but i can't find any position i agree with him on and i consider him very misinformed

  10. don't care enough about him to care either way

  11. I really liked his video about Bush a few years ago "Fahrenheit 9/11" that was really good. But I have lost respect for him the last week when he made that Bonehead statement about the hurrican and the convention.

  12. You don't agree with the idea that the healthcare system in this country is broken as shown in Sicko?  Perhaps you can explain your reasoning for that.

BTW, I think Michael Moore has a great capacity for producing thought provoking films and should be applauded for that. I don't agree with him on many things either.

  13. so? Why bother about him?

Just look at what he's saying.

But your right, insurance companies profiteering off healthcare is a really great idea. He was wrong to criticise it.

And showing off the bush family's connection to the Bin Ladens and the Saudis after 9/11. We were just better off not knowing that.

And investigating the massive firearm homicide rate in the US. Now why would anyone do that?

I don't understand why you guys don't like people giving alternative views. It's like you decide which political view you have and then stick your fingers in your ears and hum really loud when there is anything that goes against it.

At least consider things. Sicko was fairly accurate. I can't believe that Americans can watch it and not feel totally ripped off.

And columbine, ok he did some dumb things in it but the general conclusions he came to were fairly valid.

And his books seem pretty well researched even if they sometimes tends to be overly cynical about right wing politicians and corporate figures. But maybe he is justified, it's hard to tell. But he's not some lunatic conspiracy theorist like alex jones who sees the big web of evil out to dominate the world.

And out of all the people who ***** and moan and carry on, at least he tries to do something about it.

And the 'proudamerican' saying 'he sure hates america' is exactly what i'm talking about. There's not even an attempt to understand. That's not patriotism, that's just blind faith. It's exactly what a christian says when you criticise the church. Or a muslim if you say something about Islam. Total refusal to engage with ideas.

In the end it means the end of progress and the decline of a civilization. Maybe it is China's turn now.

  14. he is a jackass. however, he is eating all the way to the bank.

  15. Michael moore is the man...I don"t agree with his latest statement though.

  16. I consider him a "footstool"

  17. Are you kidding? Everyone hates him. I'm a big fan of his, and even I hate him.

  18. michael moore is today's "David" who has dared to raise the slogan of truth against the worst type of frauds, iniquity & human exploitation unleashed by any superpower against its own civilians & other nations of the world. In his ideals moore is more patriotic than any other american who supports the present government. Buck up moore keep on fighting the "Goliath" of modern times as in the end "MEEK SHALL INHERIT THE EARTH".
