yea they grow very annoying but some are for a very good cause. some people live off the money they make off the internet so it is there job to advertise.

I dislike most of them. I don't like the ones that become like a forest fire if your mouse happens to go over them. That happened to me yesterday. My mouse wandered over a certain ad and next thing I knew, it was like that old screen saver where a forest fire is eating your screen. Then there's those bubble ones which float around over where I'm trying to read. I have a popup blocker, but I guess it doesn't work on some of them.

What is funny is the skeptics on here who go on about how much they despise those of us who discuss astrology, but they never ever complain about all the astrology and psychic ads that Yahoo has on here.

Edit: What on earth is with some of the answerers being so hypercritical?
