Every since school started, I come home and i could just sit and cry. My heart rate gets faster, and i have trouble breathing and it's only at home. I used to HATE going out, i would just sit in my room or on the computer and be happy. Now, i can't stand to be here. I think i might have anxiety. What could this be? And should i seek a therapist or talk to my doctor?

  1. Based on what's going in school, pressure to perform well, homework load, home life, etc., anxiety could be making you feel miserable. Anywhere.

Try keeping busy at home by doing some chores, or find an outside recreational activity to help someone. An idle mind is the devil's workshop, and if you keep sitting around thinking about your miseries, that unseen evil will start putting more junk in your head.

Then be good to yourself- connect with some hobby you like, visit a pleasant scene to uplight your spirits for awhile. Or listen to calm, soft music; some music can be therapeutic.

Best of all, tell God all of your problems. He made you for Himself and knows all about you and where you're going. Begin a comitted relationship with Him, and He'll guide and lead you. Visit http://www.powertochange.com.
