Question:

I hate being the way that I am...? How to improve?

ok, so I'm in a new school this year and I'm just tired of the way that I am...

I've never been small or petite, and I know that I never will be. I really want to lose some weight, and become more athletic.

I know how I'm going to do this, but I want to know what you think that I can do to improve my appearance?

    but if you want to be HEALTHY try joining a sports team, but you are NOT fat =]

    I can't say I would want to change much. You would look really good if you were to get in shape. I'm a part-time fitness adviser so feel free to drop an email by if you have any weight loss questions. Word of warning though; it won't be easy:].

  5. you're actually really pretty, all you have to do is lose weight. try looking at seventeen.com. they fhave eating habits and exercises. to lose weight, you have to exercise (yes, work out, even though ur young!) and eat right. i exercise, and im in the greatest shape ive ever been.

  7. lose weight,work out,eat less,except that u r gorgeous

  8. work out before you try out for sports...then youll be starting with a little strength and endurance which will help.

    try dieting a little...i dont mean some crazy diet that you stress over...just try smaller portions and almost no junk food.

    i think when you loose sum weight youll look really nice =)

    but dont feel depressed or anything...


  9. My biggest advice to you is KEEP SMILING! you are a very cute young lady and you have the right idea.

    Other than that...concentrate on your eyebrows a bit more. Maybe go to a professional if that is an option and have them shaped up a bit. After that, you can pluck the stray hairs with tweezers. Also, but some shape in your hair. go get it layered, or a bob would look cute as well. It slims your face. Get funky and highlight it up!! (please dont think we think you are ugly or anything...you are very pretty...but you did ask for advice!!)
