Even 'good' dreams I'm scared of. The last dream Ive had was years and years ago. My dreams usually involve running and hiding, and I'm being chased. Example, once i dreamt that these robots came in an army n stood in front our society of people (i was in front left corner). It was held at like 5pm from the looks of it, since the sky was yellow-ish. Then i think the leader of the robots said something in a mechanic voice i didn't understand, then i think our leader shot its head off. Then out of the robots eyes were little gun thingies, shooting at us. Then all the other robots shot at us. Thats where i run. People are being shot, and i see blood and gore. I run with a robot chasing me, then I see a little hole-tunnel thing and climb in and hide. I see some other people there too. THERE'S ALWAYS A TUNNEL/HOLE I HIDE IN MY DREAMS

  1. LOL!!!

I laugh because dreams are usually warped and jumbled replays of your day / week / life. You should monitor what it is you're watching on the television, your conversations... basically, everything that you encounter during your day -THEY WILL SHOW UP in your dream one way or another. Were you watching Terminator? Do you watch a lot of television? It's good to keep a dream book... when you wake up, write down what you dreamt right away because you will forget. Do that for a while... then go over it and see if you can connect the dots with what it is you dream and what it is you're doing when you're away...

I guess it may sound easy coming from me... but, I have control over my dreams to a certain degree. I've learnt a long time ago how to recognize when I am dreaming giving my self the upper hand to control all situations.

Sometime I do sit back and watch the dream like a movie. If you would like to do this... it's quite easy...

    1. If you see yourself in 3rd person,(your full body)  know that you're dreaming.

    2. If you end up in unrealistic situations like, flying, jumping really high and such - know that you're dreaming.

3 If you end up in any highly unlikely situation that you know you would never find yourself in... like "fighting droids with guns for eyes" - know that you're dreaming.

Don't worry about Dying in your dream - it never happens... if you ever see yourself die in your dream, then who is the person looking at you.

Once you're able to recognize that you're dreaming, then you can lead it wherever you like. Let me not forget... it helps if you tell yourself that you're going to sleep before you close your eyes...

I've learnt this through my living experience. Sorry, that's the only tutorial that I have. Hope it was helpful. Good luck.

  2. You can do something during the day that you like. Maybe it would help a little? You might get busy and dream about it. I'm trying my best to help you. Or you try to edit your dreams.
