Question:

I hate eating breakfast...?

i'm not in the mood in the morning, but around lunch time when i eat on an empty stomach, i get alot of gas, this of course doesn't happen when i seldomly eat breakfast, what can i do? (aside from eating breakfast)

  4. Try eating mid-morning.  I eat lunch type food or leftovers around 10:30 in the morning and that is what most agrees with me.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day....breakfast doesn't have to be cereal, or bacon...and other stuff....it can be just a simple fruit or a healthy smoothie at jamba juice or any nearby, affordable juice-joint! good luck! i would probably choose the smoothie, cuz you could choose your fruits and it is alot better to carry along while ur driving....

  6. hmm,. maybe you could eat lots of food right before you go to bed and that would fill you up for the morning, but that might be bad for you... i dunno sorry!! ask a doctor!!!


  7. Try eating something small in the morning, like a piece of fruit or something. Then maybe since your stomach isn't empty it won't happen.

  8. I can't eat in the morning either, but try to have something bread-y, a slice of bread, toast, half a muffin, whatever you can manage- just to have something in your stomach. Also, try to eat lunch a little earlier if you can.

  9. Maybe you should avoid eating food that produce lots of gas, like onions, cauliflowers, beans, also you should slow down when you eat I heard that if you eat too fast you swallow air.

  10. Don't eat traditional breakfast food for breakfast.  Have a ham sandwich or a piece of chicken or heck, even a cold slice of pizza.  It doesn't have to be a big production meal either. It could be a handful of grapes or an apple.

    If you get a lot of gas after lunch, you could be causing more problems then an empty stomach. Do you experience any nausea? A friend of mine wound up in the hospital with gallbladder problems from not eating properly.  She eats something for breakfast everyday now. She only has the gastric problems when she misses breakfast.

  12. I usually eat breakfast around 10 am and sometimes later. I  do not get any gas though. Maybe you are eating a little too quickly because you are hungrier than you think. Try chewing the food slower and small bites.
