I hate exercising! but i need to lose weight in about 3 weeks!?

i have a big party in 3 weeks, i hate exercising but i feel it's the only way for me to lose those extra pounds as i am already eating healthily. is there any quick calorie burners that i can just do at home with no equiptment?

  1. um i hate it too but when i wanna loose wiehgt i just do sittups !! it works and walk alot instead of sriving!x

  2. This is a guaranteed winner it puts muscle where the aches are and it takes very little time its called a Burpee no i didn't come up with the great name lol

  3. Well really you need to get out and about to burn off fat. Jogging or cycling is your best bet. All the things you can do at home without equipment are things like sit ups, press ups etc but those wont help you lose weight, they'll only tone your muscles.

  4. Anything that causes you to be slightly out of breath is burning fat. Try jogging on the spot or running up and down some stairs

  5. In volleyball and for volleyball, we had to do sets. This are what we did in them.

    Set 1:

    - Run from line to line (about 3 or 4 meters) for 2 minutes at a time. Set a goal for your self!

    - Jumping Jacks (20 or 30)

    - Cartwheels (really easy)

    Set 2: (Core)

    - 10 Sit Ups

    - 10 Push Ups

    - 10 Crunches

    Set 3:

    - Wall Sits (Pretend to sit with your butt and back on the wall, 5 min each)

    -  Sprints

  6. Calorie reduction is a faster weight loss solution than exercise.  However, combining that with exercise will yield the fastest results.  Anything that makes you work up a sweat will burn calories.  

  7. Serious answer. You could have regular s*x.

    Its the best exercise, do it 3 times a day for 3 weeks lets say, and you working every muscle in the body, and the exercise is great.

    Seriously, it does work.

  8. you wont lose much in 3 weeks unless your willing to exercise 1 -2hours a day.  

  9. Have you ever tried jump rope - It sounds crazy, but it is a major work out. Cardiovascular and muscular. Water pills and laxatives at the end. You'll loose a couple dress sizes easy -

  10. If i had to loose weight in 3 weeks i would definitely start the day with a jog! replace driving or transport with walking and go for an evening swim 3 or 4 times a week!

  11. If you are already eating healthily then you shoudlnt have any problems switching over to the slimming world diet. Food combining - you shoudl be able to find more info online. My wife and I always use this as away to shift a few extra pounds.

    As for exercise, it depends where you extra weight is. You can always use the bottom stairs to do step exercises, combine this with some food cans and you can give your upper body a work out too.
