I hate it wen this happens?

my mom gets fast food for us sometimes. but im a healthy person so a few minutes ago she stopped by and gave us fried sandwiches form burger king. i feel so angry and sad becuz i feel like she tries to trick me by saying this is not fried and then she makes me eat (i dont eat a crumb at all) and i feel sad becuz she wasted money for me too eat but i she knows i dont eat fried foods. wat should i do??? im so angry now becuz all can eat other than that is apples (another thing she got from burger king) plz tell me how to stop her from doing this becuz it gets me deppressed.

  1. First off, I applaud you for trying to eat healthy. It's very important for younger people to be health conscious, and those fall few and far between.

    Next, tell your mother how you feel! Let her know that you don't really enjoy the food that she brings home, and let her know your goals about being health conscious. It's not as if you're asking for filet minon instead of Burger King, you're just asking for a healthy alternative. She should understand that.

    If she doesn't respect that (i don't see why she wouldn't though) - tell her (politely) that you'd rather not eat that food, and take action and make your own food!


  2. Have you told her that you don't eat fast food? She should know by now. If she keeps bringing it home, just don't eat it. You shouldn't feel guilty. She should. She knows what you eat and what you don't.

  3. tell her to go to the store for you and get food that you can cook for yourself

  4. tell her up front.  say "mom i know you buy fried food but when you go would you mind buying ME something baked."  she will appreciate you not wasting her money and you get something you like to eat.  win-win

  6. okay this sound dumb but it might help well...if you look on the kids meals they always have healthy foods like apples and ham and cheese sandwiches and with the side they always give you yogurt so if you order like 2 or 3 of them it might fill you up and Micky D's has like fruit and yogurt.

  7. calmly explain that you appreciate her buying you food, but you do not eat fried foods. ask her if she goes to a fast food place, to get you a grilled sandwich or a salad. good for you for being so healthy!

    Try to talk with your mom about this and tell her why you don't want to eat these kinds of things, then offer her a compromise.

  11. LOL you sound spoiled...just tell your mom not to get u anything cuz u dont like it and its unhealthy so u will make a sandwich at home instead

  12. She knows you don't like fried food and if she doesn't then tell her but as long as she doesn't do it every day I would just eat it. She spent money on it and I wouldn't waste the food. She knows there isn't anything else at home and it is a quick meal for her instead of shopping and then cooking it first. Maybe see if she will let you shop, cook and clean up after yourself so you won't feel so bad.

  15. go to the fastfood websites and look up their nutrition info and find the healthiest things - so when she does go you feel better about what you get but you should tell her how you feel
