I hate my Pantech C810 phone... Can I...?

Question

I had a razr before and loved it but I got a new plan (same service provided AT&T) and added internet access. Can I get internet access on a Razr that's about 2 yrs old? I'll just put my sim card in the old phone and I'll be good, right?
