I hate my chest. Help!?

When I was around 12 my b*****s were bigger than how they are now, like they disappeared and now I hardly fit into cute tops. Genetically, my aunts on my dad's side are big chested and the same on my mom's side yet, I have virtually no chest. I'm barely fitting into my 34A cup. What are some food to eat so I can gain weight which eventually will go to my chest? I workout everyday so what are some workouts to help enlarge my b*****s? Im 18

  1. Your b*****s probably went away because you started working out. They're the first thing you typically would lose. :P

    Just keep eating a healthy diet. Eat larger quantities of your healthy food, though. Don't resort to junk food. Your body just throws it right back out, as to where good food stays in you longer and is more fully absorbed.

    Try working out a little less. Boys like a little bit of pudge, apparently. :P


  2. the only way you can make your b***s bigger is either getting pads or falsies to make them bigger or stuffing with tissues or toilet paper!

  3. After you finish college, get pregnant, have a baby, & breastfeed for a year or longer!

    Sorry, but without implants, it's the only thing to do. It works though! I was a 36C, (Yeah, I know big enough!) then went to a 36DD!!!  

  4. Your stuck with that! Just be happy with what you have and invest in some wonder bras! Geez! I'm almost 14 and I am a 36C!! I hate having big b***s. I already have back problems and so much more!  

  5. I'm not to sure about foods but I know exercises do not increase your breast size they increase your pecular muscels which looks kind of gross on girls no offense. be happy with what you have =D
