  1. In a point of life everyone questions why they live, why are they here, and wonder if it really matters to live, i suggest talking to your pastor or priest, or have an epiphany, your parents made you into this world for a reason like everyone, you'll come across yours in some times. I seriously suggest you talk to your parents, priest, and do more activities outside and make new friends, everything will be alright.

Just focus on the good things in life. Think about how fortunate you are.

  3. Everyone has ups and downs, but to really hate your life and feel like you don't have anything to live for is more than the normal ups and downs. Please know that your parents DO care - they just get caught up in grown up things.

What can you do? You can make a list of things that matter in your life. Do you notice the sunset in the evening and the beautiful colors? Do you have any siblings? They would miss you terribly - even if you aren't close. Your parents really do care and they would really miss you and even feel terrible you feel this way. Talk to them and tell them how you feel. Make a list of things in your life that you would like to be different - things you have control over. Then vow to start working on them. Finally, if you feel this way often, you may need to talk to your doctor. There are many people who simply cannot help feeling this way. Nothing they do or anyone says can make them feel better. There are some medications that can help. It's worth it to talk to your doctor.

It can get better, but you have to let it. Prayer works for me. I know God's love for me is stronger than any person's and even the little things that overwhelm me are important to Him.

  4. Talk to some friends about how you feel. True friends would care about what you have to say and they would support you. Everyone has a purpose and you are not excluded. You are important to people but you may not know it at the time but believe me, I know people care about you even if they don't want to say so.
