I hate my mom!?????????

My mom is really mean. She smokes all the time and drinks. My stepdad isn't nice. WHen my parents split up, she even asked me to go with my dad but the court didin't allow it. Well she got pregnant and barely paid attention to me. All i could do is wait until i was 18 and can go to college. I have a huge college fund. Well my half little brother is turning 1 in a couple of days and my mom is going to use all of my college fund to give him the best party ever! I was so mad but she said it is her money and she can use it how she wants. First thing, my brother won't even remember it! and Second, why make it a big party? She is just going to invite her friends. I have asked to live with my father but he said he can't afford me. He can't afford me to live with him. What do i do? My mom doesn't even have a job. I don't think she has ever had one. Help. i don't know what i might do. I'm going crazy. I don't like the baby. i want to run away. What should i do?

What you should do is tell the court what she does. The court can handle it and you should be able to keep your college fund. If the court does take care of it then you can go live with your dad and they would pay him child care if he cant afford him. It happened to one of my friends like 3 years ago.

School starts soon.  Take what you've written above to your school counselor or school safety officer and talk to them about it.  Sometimes moms and dads mess up royally and so do the courts.  Talking to your school counselor might stir things up a bit but it might also set things right for you and your parents.  You sound very young and you sound very upset.  You need to talk to your counselor so you can get some input from an adult who can check things out for you.

You should maybe ask a relative to live with them. and you can get a job depending on how old you are. and you can emancipate yourself
