  1. Sounds like you need to work on your self-discipline!  How old are you?  :-)  Here's my tip for you...buckle down and get done in the morning all that needs to be done for that day and then guess what...you have time for those other things...though I suggest you cut down on the internet time.

Have you discussed this with your parents?

Can you consider going to public school?

  2. Maybe you should go out and play for a couple of hours.  I know in public school, there is lots of time that is not devoted to doing work.  Although that can get out of hand to where nothing gets done, it can be controlled.  Just get outside and get your mind off it all.

If you mean that you are like this all the time and not just right now, then I know what you mean.  School work is not always fun, but neither is career work when you are an adult.  I'm not trying to sound mean when I say that you need to deal with it.  Think about when you are finished, rather than just dwelling on being miserable.  A positive attitude goes a long way.

  3. Figure out what does interest you.  Then talk to your parent about how you could incorporate it.

  4. Ask to go up and advance in your work! most of the time people are smarter than they think

  5. Ask your mom for a challenge. Ask her if you can take a photography class, or whatever else your interested in. Tell her that spending time on the computer can help your computer skills and typing skills. Some jobs actully require that.

  6. It doesn't get any better. Just keep on trying and you will finally be over after a few yrs when you graduate.

  7. Go to public school. Maybe you need more socializing that you miss out on being home schooled.

  8. idk don't pay attention

    duh thats what I do:)

  9. Why not change up your curriculum?  Who says that you have to keep using something that doesn't work for you?

That's the beauty of homeschooling - if something doesn't work, you don't have to use it.  You may still have to learn the subject matter, but you don't have to learn it in one particular way.  Do a little research and find a math curriculum that you don't mind, a lit program that interests you.

And honestly, why can't you add in a photography elective, or a natural/environmental science credit?  A lot of what interests you can easily be transferred into homeschool credits, and you have the advantage of getting early preparation for careers you may go into later in life.

Just talk to your parents, figure out something that works for both of you, and go for it.  If a new curriculum is not in the financial picture right now, there are tons of library and internet resources available for free for many subjects.

This is how we do it, and it works well.  I determine the core subjects my son will study, and the objectives for those subjects, and he helps pick out his curriculum.  He gets to choose his electives and independent study projects, and he just goes to town on them.  If your coursework doesn't currently fit your needs, you have the ability to change that :-)
