I hate my study abroad program and need an excuse to get home. HELP!?

Question

I came to Paris 5 days ago and it is not at all what I expected. I hate the program, I don't get along with the people I've met, and am seriously depressed. The only way to go home is to be able to present proof of being sick or death in the family. What should I do I have to get out of here :( I'm miserable please help

I'm from Europe, working in the US. The city and the job I am in is not what I was expecting either, but you just have to give it some time. Give it a couple of weeks, if you still feel not happy, then just leave. Anything is possible.
