  1. I know it's hard, but you will find someone to help you through it, I am sure! Just make sure you look semi-decent so no one can really make fun of you, and just be good friends, and if any ***** says anything to you, just shoot em down! Tell them they're pathetic, or check out this site for some good comebacks if they start on ya!

    Good luck hun =D

  2. ok im 16 and i actually like school (please don't hurt me!1)

it's not that i like all the gossipers, b*tchy people, or the classes with evil teachers who probably rather chain us to our seats. but i enjoy the nice people who go there. I usually just try to ignore the things i dislike and focus on the things i DO like. I'm sure all of you have at least one fun friend in school right?

  3. focus on the really important thing.. getting an education  I am sorry if there are people who seem more interested in making you unhappy than getting an education  You should be able to find a group that you will fit in with.. look around they are there.. study hard and be happy.

  4. Ignore those girls, and find your own group of people you feel comfortable with.

  5. I have the same problem. i start crying when i think of it again. It's destroying my life, my mental health and my relationship with my parents. I HATE SCHOOL!

  6. Home schooling sounds like a good solution but you are only hiding away from the problem.

Stay at school. Find out how to not let it bother you - these are skills you will need sooner or later

  7. I hated school SO much but remember this, school is for education and your future achievements. Forget other b*****s and focus on your future. Hey, gaining qualifications is MUCH important to your future careers!

  8. Join the club the holidys feel like their iver even before they began

  9. Sweetie, don't stress. Look, I'm 15 and hate school too, because of all the bitching that happens. I have been through so much with girls spreading rumours about me, bullying and as if that wasn't enough, exam stress. Whenever you feel down, go to your friends and if it's really serious, talk to a school counsellor about it. I can't wait til I finish school and go to college (I heard things are less bitchy there). Just remember that school is only a couple of years but your career will last and affect the rest of your life, so stick at the hard work hunnie and it will pay off

hope that helps. please email me if you need more help or someone to talk to--x

  10. I detested school like no other. I reckon I hated school more than anyone else in the school. The majority of pupils where a******s and the  principle continously pestered me because of my hair length. That said I meet some great friends there. If I didn`t have those friends I reckon I wouldn`t have cared about my education and did very bad in my subjects.

Find some people like you, and stick with them. I felt physically sick when I thought of going back to school for my final year. I`m,glad its over now and i can go somewhere else for a levels. Just try to avoid the people you dont like.

  11. Your parents dont need to have any qualifications to home educate you. All you need to do is prove to the LEA that you are getting an education. I took 3 of my children out of school as they were bullied quite badly there ages are 10 ,12 and 13. There lives have changed so much since I took them out, we go upto London and this year we went camping with other home edders. My children have learnt so much that they dont want to go back to school they have been out a year now. You have to speak to your parents dont end up like my daughter with an eating disorder through bullies .All the best

  12. Yea school is not the most fun place to be, but the economy sucks right now and the only way to make it on your own is with an education so try your hardest.  Believe me it goes by quicker then you think.

  13. Im dreading it too. I start sixth form soon, but at the same school I was already at. I sort of wish it was a completely different place with completely different people - ya know, so I could get myself some new friends and that. My old friends, I found out this summer, are the most bitchiest people in my school - even bitched about me. Im really not looking forward to going back, it will be so awkward if Im in the same class as any of them. I am just really hoping I will have plenty of oppertunity to make new friends, I almost changed my plan and signed up for college I wanted to meet new people that much!!

It will be fine - honest.

We're all just too used to staying up until silly'oclock in the morning, getting up at tea time and doing absolutely nothing all day. Therefore, the thought of actually having to have a normal day again and actually do something worthwhile is scaring the c**p out of us cos we are so used to our new lifestyles. Give it a week and you'll be settled back in like normal :)

  14. How old are you? You can go to college at age 14, it is unusual but with the new diplomas starting it will become more common.

If you were ding GCSE''s at college you would probably be with a class of 17 year olds who didn't get the grades or you could be with adult learners.

I too wanted to be home schooled, I hated school so much so I can understand how you feel.

You need to talk to someone and see exactly what your options are.

  15. omg your so lucky you start in 2 weeks! i start tomorrow!!

  16. I didn't like school much either but trust me you don't want to be homeschooled. I'm sure you have friends to hang out with. Who cares what other girls say? If they're talking about you they're probably jealous so take it in stride.

  17. welcome welfare low income end of the month don't have enough money to pay for mortgate or rent it looks like you are heading down that road.

    GOOD LUCK

  18. Dreading bullies? Maybe this'll help a bit

By the time I was 19 I thought of myself as extremely bullied.  [Now I know better] At the time I thought I was the lad most girls just wanted as a mate [the friend only type]  after all that's what they all told me.  But loads of the lads would insult me, push me around and occasionally give me a few thumps.  I was scared most of those years every time I went out of school at the same time as them.

They often told me how ugly I am and how thick I am [I'm actually quite Dyslexic] I was the second smallest boy in my Year and smaller than most the kids in the Year below.  All the way to leaving!  I was so skinny too.

What I didn't know was that the bullies were either scared of me or jealous.

Scared because despite my fear of them when I did actually punch back I hit VERY hard [I knocked three teeth out of one boys mouth with two punches]  But I was still so scared.  Eventually I learned some martial art skills, but I was still always scared.  What I didn't find out til later was how scared they were of ME!

I became so shy that days could go bye without me talking to anyone other than when I was forced to answer.

As for girls, well 'I really like you as a friend' just doesn't make a guy feel good about his looks.  I just accepted the friendships on offer and envied the guys who had any confidence.  At work I was bullied again and bigger guys still sometimes think they can push me around I became a very shy, bitter and angry young man.  But things are different now, no-one pushes me for too long.  & only if I choose to be gentle with them, either physically or just verbally.

Well it was years later I moved back into the area I had been to school.  Married now to a beautiful wife [still can't figure what ahe saw in me] then I bumped into some of the bullies.  All three of them apologised for the past. One even explained how jealous he was that all the girls fancied me [I was puzzled, but kept quiet] Another said how even though he was so much bigger than me it scared him that I could beat much bigger guys in strength tests like rope climbing, press-ups, squats an such. [Usually they managed 50 press ups I could do 400 and more]

It wasn't the bullies comments though that really helped me see how wrong my young view was.  It was when an old freind served me in a shop and told my wife how all the girls fancied me.  Then later another girl I hadn't even remembered said something similar.  So I was even married before I realised I'm not so ugly after all ;]

If you opt for home schooling you'll never face the fears and you will risk following in my foortsteps - don't waste those years!  Don't let them drag you down.  Get strong girl... but take it slowly.  Don't pretend you're a  hard ***** just to cover your fear [that's really what they are doing]

Be diffferent, and know that there will always be people who DO know what you might be going through who've been there!  Many of them will see your postings and like me just have to reply.

I'm a better guy than that 'good freind' because of the way I got through it all.

  19. I've been homeschooled for awhile and let me tell you, as fun as it sounds, it's extremely BORING. School is allot more fun because there are actually guys there, and your parents aren't your teachers. Ever had a parent as a teacher? Let me tell you, its not fun. Enjoy school. You have to learn not to care about what other people think about you. In a couple of years you won't ever see them again, so who cares? Being homeschooled is way worse than school ever was. You'd think it'd be easier, but it's not. It's allot more stressful having to worry about grading your own freakin tests and quizzes. (Yeah like your parents are going to do it by themselves) Plus it gets lonely :(
