I just took "message" advice and sent the following feedback:

I have had My Yahoo as a homepage for years. I don't like the new one. I tried it in Beta and switched back. I think you have nefarious reasons for shoving the new version down our throats. I will go to someone else. And I will probably dump your mail, your groups, your search engines and anything else I use. Goodbye Yahoo. Goodbye Yahoo.

  1. I hate it too.Need my old one back........

  2. The MyYahoo team managers arrogantly decided to FORCE this version change on ALL USERS, regardless of each user's personal desire or hardware capabilities:

I say, DON'T "get used to it" like some here say.

I say, VOTE with your eyeballs.  STOP using MyYahoo habitually, until they re-allow each user to choose when they are ready to change to the new version.

BOYCOTT forced changed.  BOYCOTT unpreparedness and poor testing.

Send FEEDBACK messages demanding the CHOICE of versions, until they entice each user to switch because it is BETTER - not just different and new.

We all have a choice.  Vote with your page clicks.  Go to GOOGLE instead for a while.  Make MyYahoo earn your views back.  Make them value your visits.  Don't settle for them telling us how it will be.  Make a choice.

  3. I seem to be having the same problems. Not sure how to fix it. I have tried to complain to no avail. I also have formatting problems with my blackberry.

especiallu with sotck quotes , it is impossible to tell the difference between movements up or down!

  4. Because the dumb do-dos have to do something to keep their jobs so they must keep changing things. ridicules

  5. Page load times of the new my yahoo are a joke. The format is visually unappealing. I wish the old format was an option.

Yahoo doesn't care, is out to lunch, and has lost its way. How can anyone working there really think a slower, uglier service is better? Even if you throw out the ugly part, the performance is awful.

Yahoo doesn't care about its user base any more...

  6. it is real dumb but i guess it's their website so they can choose to change it however they want

i don't think the old one is coming back any time soon

  7. 1.  I hate it too.

    2.  Learn to live with it.  We aren't getting the old one back.
