  1. you need the water you baby makes amniotic liquid out of that . try buying flavored water . don't drink alot of caffeine , try caffeine free soda . and one cup of coffee a day is ok . juices are good

  2. I'm not a big water drinker myself, but facts are it's healthy for you and you should drink it. I've taken well to flavored water or that new vitamin water, i also enjoy powerade and gatorade. I drink diet soda on occasion also. Just keep it healthy.

  3. well, juice is good, especially orange juice b/c of the vitamins and the folic acid.but basically any type of juice that is 100% juice, like juicy juice... vitamin water or life water is good...milk is good....i usually reccomend anything without splenda or nutrasweet, because those are both relatively new sugar substitutes, and they dont nessecarily KNOW how these will affect a fetus. even non caffinated soda will hydrate you, just dont drink too much. you should always switch back and forth between sugary drinks to non sugary drinks...

  4. water is my favorite drink i drink at least ten bottles of it a day... but if you dont like water then you have to make sure whatever you are drinking doesn't contain a lot of sugar or caffeine. maybe try flavored water since water is the best thing to have while pregnant

  5. Gatorade or Poweraide. But you should really give water a try...it's the best at hydrating you. Other than that, think 100% juices so you're getting more fruit than sugar or artificial c**p. Consider buying one of those filters that goes over the tap and flavors the water as it comes out.

  6. well....you really honestly should stay away from sodas and other carbonated beverages...

stay away from anything with caffeine...although now people are told they can drink caffeine and be okay, I personally stayed away from it.

I would say force a little water down and buy some good juice drinks. make sure its 100% juice or even V8 veggie juice.

I mean honestly you could drink pretty much anything....

  7. I drank allot of Propel Fitness water.  And Gatorade in the begging I also don't like water but later on in pregnancy water is my best friend.

  8. Well, I'm not a water hater, but I can say since I've been pregnant..I haven't been liking water as much.  What someone suggested to me was put a splash of your favorite fruit juice in it.  You might have to play around a little with how much, depending upon your liking.  This way, you're getting your water intake and not as much sugar and calories as drinking straight juice.

Other things that have been working for me are non-alcoholic spritzers and sparkling mineral water.  Sprite with a splash of cranberry (which is also good to prevent tract infections).  Or, if you like sprite or 7up...mess around with different things.  I also like margarita mix with sprite zero.  Probably because I go through salty cravings and liked the salt around the rim of my glass.

  9. You need water in your system. Try the Nestle flavored water.

  10. I put lots of ice into the glass and fill it half way with water ... I love chewing ice while pregnant ... :)

  11. You need to drink water. Try flavoring it with fresh squeezed lemon.

  12. how can anyone hate water?  i don't understand it.  it doesn't taste like anything.

have some water then add in a crystal light. flavor.  you need to keep yourself hydrated.

  13. I always hated water too, until I found Evian.  People say "All water tastes the same."  NOT true.  Evian is the ONLY water I can drink.  I don't know what the difference is in it, but to me it is so much better.  It doesn't have that after taste that I always get with all other waters.  It is expensive though.  But I say try brands of water until you find one you can stand.  I never thought I would actually find one I would like, but I did, so maybe you can too.  Good luck and congrats!!

  14. I know want you going through. I hate drinking water and water makes me sick. But I do manage to drink one cup of water which I take with my prenatal vitamins. I would get flavored water.. I drink milk or juice..

  15. 100% juice but you really need water! esp while you're pregnant that baby needs water. Too much juice isn't good for you either, as it will be too much sugar. Like I said the baby needs a lot of water.
