I hav an account on hotmail. But,i can't send any mail as i can't see a "compose mail" option on the screen..?

  1. there is no compose mail, but there is sth called NEW at the top when u open ur hotmail email.


  2. its called "new" with the icon of a letter

    its on the top left corner, above inbox.
