as frm my point of view u can do diploma in engg. of 3 years in various stream frm any sate board of technical education. after tah if u wana go in engg. filed u can do b.tech it depends on ur mood. it is easy to diploma in engg. than pcm of 10+2. other advantage of diploma is that the course of 10+2 is split in diploma in 3 years and with semester system. which is easy and after that if ur interest remain in engg. do b.tech
