I hav got offer from Sinochem UK Is it a scam ?

This mail is coming to you on your success and emergence from other applicants for the same post/job you applied. This mail is coming from us based on the following as agreed by the panel that is in authority for this project of SINOCHEM INTERNATIONAL LONDON.

The selection and the appointment are done automatically with any online or telephonic interview based on the following:

1. Curriculum Vitae and other essential Qualification

2. Places and Offices held previously which correspondent with the present offer.

3. The level of experience that is needed.

------ They are not asking money but they want me to put money for immegation and that will be reimbursed after going to London..... Should I accept offer.as it is not through their official email ID also they are not ready send any hard copies of document.Salary offered is quite high as compared to my experience.

I've recieved NUMEROUS e-mails like that.  Bottom line, if they are contacting you (un-solicited) and already offering you a job then it most likely isn't true.  Companies are looking for the most experienced people, plus they aren't going to offer you an astronomical salay if you don't have the experience and/or college degree that they are asking for.  Did you actually apply for this position before they sent you this e-mail?  Oh, and also, if this was a credible company, they would pay for your re-location expenses up-front, you would have to be re-imbursed.

First of all did you apply for a job with them?  Even if you did it sounds to me like they want you to send them money for Immigration  it is probably a scam.  

If the company is liitimate and they are sincere about hiring you they will pay all expense to include your airfare and moving expenses.
