I hav normal running shoes that are asics with mesh and rubber on the bottom. They are getting old and some?

of the rubber is starting to fall of, but slowly. What should I use to keep the rubber on?

  1. It's not a good idea to try to fix running shoes that are falling apart. You could end up injuring yourself. The best thing to do is to buy a new pair.


  2. If you buy a pair of shoes-can't you save them for next season too? I would be very wary of running in a pair of shoes that are coming apart. You can seriously injure yourself.

    If you simply must run in them-maybe you should buy some gorilla glue.

  3. superglue or

    send it to a repair shoe shop (usually they charge cheap (5-15 dollars)

  4. Superglue, or you should just get a new pair.
