this is gross, but please read on;

im an amputee. i suffered with spots on my stump for years... and along the way i made a discovery.

spots are caused by dirt in the follicles of the skin... so i realised i needed a strong degreaser...

i use johnston's baby wipes and industrial methylated spirit.

the spirit (availabe from the doctor on script) removes all traces of dirt and oil, and the baby wipes put it back... and its fast.. once a day, and it shows results in 2-3 days...

it depend what you mean by pimples, do you mean tiny little bumps?

if so use leomn juice, its stings for about 30seconds, then its fine leave on for bout 15 minutes and wash off, its really helps,

but if you mean big sore red spots then i don't know if this would help
