Ok, I am not sure what level of detail you'll need to work with this link, BUT... GO here

Download the TLauncher and the iconsets as listed to your pc.  I'm assuming you already know how to HotSync your phone.  If you don't, you'll need to do this first.  You do this by simply putting the CD they gave you with the phone into your pc's CDROM drive, and allowing the palm deskstop software to load on to your PC.  From there, you will be able to add new software to your phone with ease.  If you have any questions, just ask me.  I reloaded the Tlauncher, and I love it.  I paid the $6.99 for the full version, and it was a VERY WELL SPENT $7.

Good luck with that one...Apple shut down iphony. If you go to mobihand.com there is a touch launcher that is similar. Check it out...
