You didn't mention whether it is Cylindrical or Spherical. Either way you should use spects regularly. It won't reduce. you have passed one of the criteria  for laser surgery(Age more than 18) but you have less power to undergo. Generally more powers are preferred. Use contacts if u have problem with spects.
