  1. Hello,,me too,,I've heard that eating asparagus helps dissolve the stones into a "goo" like form that can be passed without much pain,,the stones can hurt,,will hurt,,might put you in the hospital,,did me a few times,,you'll need to change your diet,,the oxalate's are the leafy greens, nuts, berries,,that covers a very lot of foods!! I like them all,,you'll need to increase your water intake,,the amount of exercise you get,,just sitting around is another worst thing to happen,,there are some non-prescription meds out there,,look up kidney stone meds on the web,,I bought some and it seems to have helped,,(URIFLOW),,kind of expensive but so is the hospital. Good luck ,,and changing your diet is the only way to keep those nasty little pains out of your system.

  2. wow sounds like you have kidney issues..you REALLY need to see a doctor and NOW

  3. I also hear that giving yourself a kidney flush is a good idea too. Google it and you'll find all sorts of tea recipes to help dissolve the crystals and clean things out.

  4. 1 - 2 calcium oxalate crystals are a common finding. This is not usually a problem but can sometimes be an early warning of trouble to follow. It does indicate that your urine is acidic. Perhaps dietary measures to add more alkalinity would be beneficial. Also, increased magnesium intake can help keep the oxalates in solution. I wouldn't be alarmed but I would check with a professional to rule out the unlikely but possible problems.

  5. Its called Kidney Stones and they hurt like h**l..

  6. See your GP.

  7. Small calcium oxalate crystals are fairly common in a urinalysis result.  It indicates that you need to be careful because you have a higher probability of forming kidney stones.  Try to increase your fluid intake and decrease your intake of oxalates.  Taking more calcium will help bind the oxalate and keep it from being absorbed.
