I have $18.74 on my paypal account, i have no bank or credit card, is it possible that i can get it in cash?

i was donated 18.74, im only 15. how can i get it in cash.? i dont want to use it on anything online, i just want it in hand. is it possible ?

if you have paypal account, then yes. you can log on to your account and check out your money, paypal will send you a cashier check (just like money order). i think it takes a week to process it.
