Hello, i have 18 days to lose as much weight as possible, but i need help with the diet and the exercise. I want to eat as little calories as possible (but still enough) and exercise as much as possible, to lose weight from my stomach and my thighs (if possible) please can you tell me what to do? i'm not at school until the 3rd of september cause of school holidays so can someone help please
and also how much do YOU think i can lose
and any one wanna support? like on msn or something, unless u live near cheltenham or gloucestershire cause i live there x
