I have 18 days to lose loads please help?

Hello, i have 18 days to lose as much weight as possible, but i need help with the diet and the exercise. I want to eat as little calories as possible (but still enough) and exercise as much as possible, to lose weight from my stomach and my thighs (if possible) please can you tell me what to do? i'm not at school until the 3rd of september cause of school holidays so can someone help please

and also how much do YOU think i can lose

and any one wanna support? like on msn or something, unless u live near cheltenham or gloucestershire cause i live there x

  1. we need more info. Like how much do u weigh, height, age, gender. Just burn more calories than u consume.  


  2. If you dont have access to a gym go running or walking out side your house.  Eat lots of Fruits and Vegetables and if you want eat only fruits and vegetables but try to get some meat for protein.  You wont lose ALOT of weight but if you keep it up you will eventually get to the goal you want.

  3. Learn more about what your body needs and plan your diet accordingly. To loss weight, you will need to expense more calories than you take in.

    By careful planning your diet, you will be able to have a lifestyle change and this will lead to long term weight loss( which is what you want!).

  4. well there is a diet that you can download, but its quiet expensive. it says that it will help you loose weight in 11 days. type weight loss for dummies into google and click on the first link

  5. go for a jog.

    start of with a short distance and maybe just increase a mailbox the next day, and the next day - so on and so fourth.

    cardio is the best thing you can do; it burns body fat.
