I have 2 12" xploid sub woofers that are 4 ohms and 1300w peak power each what amp and wire kit should i get.

  1. What is important when choosing an amp wiring kit is the amp, not the subs. Decide what amp you want to use, then buy a suitable wiring kit.


  2. Sony subs arent good. they blow easily

  3. First of all I would like to say, WHOO HOO SONY XPLOD RULES!!!!!!! that was for all those ppl who talk down on sonys mobile electronics. Secondly Id like to say, u can slightly underpower the speakers with a 1200W Xplod amp u can get them at wal mart also, or Sony Xplod amp model: XM-GTR6001, this will power/possibly overpower you subs =) depends on how u tune it. and as for the wire kit, at walmart u can find a scosche 1400w (600 or 700RMS) kit that will work, or a 1600W (1100RMS) wire kit thats also by scosche, that will more than fit your application just in case u want to add more later on.....
