I have 2 2001 seadoo bombardier and they won't turn on?? They haven't been in use for about 6 months?

They have new batteries, and gas...Should I try running some water?? I have no clue on what to do..

seadoo keys have to be programed for the specific craft. try taking them to a dealer to see if that is done.  it's a security issue. otherwise anyone with a seadoo key could start any seadoo.
