I have 2 MTX Jackhammers in a dual enclosure what amp should i get to get pounding bass?

Well if you want to stay with MTX and the jackhammer series you could run a JH600, it would give you 600 (RMS), or 10.21 Gigawatts if your talking the absolutely non related peak power numbers.

To find a matching amplifier, you want to find an amp that can match the (RMS) rating of the subwoofers, which looks to be between 250-500 watts RMS, and they say that the box is wired to provide a 2 ohm impedance to an amplifier that you connect.

So you are looking for an amp that can put out 250-500 Watts RMS @ 2ohm's. A mono amp would be your best choice in my opinion since they will have a subsonic filter to block the frequencies below the tuning frequency of the box.
