I have 2 Sanyo lcd tv's and the newer bigger one has a delay when changing channels. What causes this?

  1. If it's through a cable box the box might be set to standard or hd depending on the signal. It will take an extra second for the TV to adjust to the different signal before it plays it. This is normal for now as we have both standard and hd programming. When everything switches over it should be a little bit quicker.
