I have 2 antique chairs with red fabric covering, they are faded, can I unfade them?

they look more dusty than sunbleached, but if either, is there a way to bring them back to the original bright redness? thanks!

I do not want to hit them, they are old!

get them appraised first, if they are antiques then then have them professionaly restored otherwise they lose value

You will need to reupholster them.

You can recover the seat part yourself if you know how or have it done professionally.  There is no way you can just bring back color into something unless you take it apart and RITE COLOR dye them and you may end up having to buy fabric and redo them in the long run any way.  Fabric may be too old to with stand the coloring.
