I believe they were beetle boarers. You could see the sap leaking down the tree trunk and the shavings around the point of entry. When I used the Bayer, it seemed to work. I then sealed the holes with the spray which seals them. A few weeks ago the symptoms returned. Is it too early to retreat with the Bayer, or can I treat as many times as needed?

  1. The package is supposed to say. But Bayer has a website you can look at. If you do not find your info then you can ask at their question center:

usually it is good to check with your local extension office about spray schedules and pest problems. because the details of what is actually best can vary a lot according to area and weather.
