    Worked for me

  2. Stick 3 toothpicks into each seed, equi-distant around the "equator" of each.  Use the toothpicks to suspend eacvh seed on the rim of small jars so that about 1/3rd of the seed is below the rim.  Fill the jars with water and keep them topped up over about 6-8 weeks 'til a root system forms.  Plant the seeds into good soil and keep them damp.  Keep the seeds in their jars on your kitchen counter but not on a too-hot windowsill.

Once they're rooted, you can grow them but you'll have to put them outside to get pollonated if you hope to get them to produce fruit.

    Good luck

  3. I used the 3-toothpick in the seed and a jar of water like the other folks said, being sure to keep the water level up.  When it got some decent sized roots and started growing I planted it in the dirt outside.  It's really fun to watch these grow!  Good luck!

  4. When I was a kid, My Grandmother used to take the seed and put three toothpicks into it at evenly spaced intervals 1/2 way up the seed (something to suspend the seed) Place the suspended seed in on the rim of a glass and fill it until the bottom edge is covered with about 3/4 inch of water. wait until roots start to sprout from the bottom and plant it in sandy soil about three inches under dirt. keep watering it every few days, and wait!

  5. like the others tooth picks in water. only thing it probably will never bare fruit without help. trees sold at nurserIEs are grafted. to get it to bare fruit when it is 3 to 4 inches in diameter pound a 1 inch cut nail into base in the summer will blossom following spring. cut nail "ie" concrete nail
