I have 2 box tutrles why do???

Well, not sure on subspecies, and even if they're the same subspecies, there's basically two reasons:

No two box turtles have the same pattern, it's like fingerprints. Also, the one on the left, with the flat plastron and the duller coloration is a female, the one with the brighter yellows and oranges and the concave plastron is a male.
