I have 2 cats that's been acting very strange i know its ghosts in my house but i'm not 100 percent sure

my wife and i have been experiencing sounds in our home but we never see anything around that would really alarm us to the point of real concern..we believe its a spirit or two or maybe even more, but we really not 100 percent sure. Our cats have been acting strange like looking up as if someone is standing there.. talk.......... to me somebody....................i need answers today... please.. thank you....

Our old house was haunted, and our cats did the same thing, it was strange, and even the dog would act funny at times, he would look up in the corners and wag his tail and whine, the ghost never did us any harm, it seemed friendly, so as long as the cats are not hissing and refusing to go into a room, I wouldnt worry, We had taken some pictures at the old house, and found many orbs, alot of people will say there is no such thing but, I believe there is, and here is why, I use to have dreams about a woman, she was very very nice all dressed up, looked like the 1800 era, well after we moved and my cousin and her husband and 2 girls are renting the house, her daughter said she had seen an old women, and described her to a "T" they have a cat that will lay on the couch downstairs and act as though she is being petted, purring and her butt and tail going up in the air,  if you have more questions feel free to email me

trust your cats...its what I do. they are attuned to things we are not...when mine act strange I pay attention.

You probably have mice or some other creatures living in your walls. I had that problem and before I figured out what the noises were, my cat would stare at the walls look all around at things I could not see.

you may be correct in your assumption.My cat does the same thing,she will sit and stare under our kitchen table where our old cat what passed away loved to lay...she would also as yours does ,look up as if someone is standing there.Just remember animals can see and sense more things than we can so I feel that your cat and mine both see some kind of spirit.

You may have mice or other small pests in your walls/ceilings. My cats hear things that I don't.

On the other hand, you may have fae of some sort who just enjoy playing with your cats. If you think it is that, leave them a basket out of the cats' reach with a few toys and shiney object in it.

The sounds you are hearing and your cats sensing may be mice. You should probably set up some humane mouse traps. (Emphasis on HUMANE.) Do not bait the trap with poison! That is a terrible way to die! Also, hate to scare you, but animals act strangely when huge natural disasters are coming. Mostly only volcano eruptions and earthquakes, so if that doesn't happen much around where you live, ya shouldn't worry. And since cats do have that sixth sense, being able to predict certain things with their whisker (sensing tremors), but it is possible that there are ghosts, you never know...

Animals are more sensitive to paranormal activity than humans. Such signs of paranormal activity affecting animals include..

1.The animal may refuse to enter certain rooms

2.It may meow or hiss at nothing

3.They may stop eating or drinking

4.They might become sick

My main advice would be to contact your local paranormal research society in your state, (every state has one) or contact TAPS. They have a television show called Ghost Hunters on Sci Fi and will come research your home for free if the activity is bad enough.

Sounds and moving objects may be a spirit trying to get your attention. Go to your public library and look up the history of your house and land. It may suprise you...

Ghosts/spirits do not exist. I have never had a cat yet that didnt stare at something that was not there or go suddenly crazy. Its just what cats do. Who knows what they are thinking.

If you really believe you have some sort of spirit or ghost have your house blessed.

There is no such thing as a ghost.  Your house probably has a rodent problem or an insect problem and your cat hears the intruders.  Contact a good exterminator or put out some mouse traps.
