I have 2 dvd burners ,but only 1 shows up indevice mnger why?

when installed they both worked ,now only the burner that came w/ pc works ?

  1. check the jumper connections on both DVD's. One has to be Master and the other Slave. Then they should both show up at startup in BIOS, then WIN can find them.
