I have 2 op-amps, which one is the best and why.......?

Question

op-amp1: Zin = 5Mohms, Zout = 100 ohms, Aol = 50,000

op-amp2: Zin = 12 Mohm, Zout = 75 ohm, Aol = 150,000

which is the best and why??

#2 is best.

It is closer to an 'ideal' op-amp

Zin closer to (ideal of) infinite resistance

Zout closer to zero resistance

Aol closer to infinity

It's still a pretty lousy amp, though.  I am use to ones like this:

Zin = 10 GOhms

Zout = 10 Ohms (or even less)

Aol = in the same range of >100,000 but never less.
